Dr. Debolina Dutta, a seasoned HR professional with 28 years of industry experience has a deep experience across all facets of HR functions. A member of the Board of IIM Indore, her last assignment was with an MNC as VP-HR, Admin and CSR.

Debolina is also a certified executive coach, with certifications from Dale Carnegie, DDI, and Steven Covey, along with certifications in using psychometric tools (DISC, CEB, PAPI,MBTI, Hogan).

Debolina has completed her Fellow Program in Management (Industry) from IIM, Indore, PG from IIM, Bangalore, and BTech from College of Engineering, Pune.

Debolina has also published several case studies with Harvard Business Review and academic research articles over the last 4 years with top journals.
