Over a period, life in offices is undergoing a sea change with technology enablement of work, distributed work practices, changing demographics, increasing complexity of business itself, and more recently due to the pandemic. In the race for efficiency, simple communication has become tough at times resulting in negative work-life experiences.

He has led the innovation engagements with global brands and organizations like Google, Microsoft, Philips, Infosys, Volkswagen, Samsung, LG, Hyundai, Kohler, Saint Gobain, Suzuki, Wipro, Godrej, Titan, and Govt. of Finland (Team Finland), apart from several startups and SMEs.He is a visiting faculty at the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad, and National Institute of Design(NID)-Ahmedabad.
